At EurekaPuzzles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, sellable condition during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
